Question about "Conniption"

Hello, I have a quick question about the achievement mentioned above where you have to down 30 survivors using the spirit's ability. Since the ability is only allowing to move faster, I was wondering how you are supposed to down a survivor with that?

For bit of time after using the power, a hit will give you the score event called "Grudge" worth 500 deviousness points. If that event pops up, it counts as using your ability to injure them, if it's a down then it counts towards this achievement.

I already have the achievement since yesterday, she's a lot of fun!
