What does it do? im not sure what it means. can some one help me?

Its a very rare addon for the Spirit.
- Slightly increases the passive phasing duration.
- Slightly increases the frequency of passive phasing

Your character glitches. This increases its freaquency and duration. You cannot see a change from Killer perspective.

i think its too juke the players... try making yourself go right but theres that glitchy lag making you left, maybe thats it. i think its just for making it harder to predict how close you are to them
