Paragraphs in DBD

When can we see another paragraph? They are not included in the roadmap? Is there a chance that the paragraph will be released before the Halloween?

Paragraphs are Chapters that don't have as much content.

There's been two so far.

The first was Left Behind in March, 2016.
The second was Leatherface in August, 2017.

I imagine we'll get some Halloween themed outfits and probably another event that just reskins Gens & Hooks. That or a double BP weekend.
