DbD deserves to die.
The IP of DbD is not at risk - the only thing that would be at risk is the financial status of BHVR and I highly doubt that just because a single claim it will cause that big of an impact.
Also, it's quite possible that WB will settle / negotiate this out / share out the damages with BHVR.
I give Fallout 76 the same lifespan as Friday the 13th.
so.. I do not need a Game where People already say that the multiplayer will die out quickly.
This is all about drumming up free press mentions for the Fallout series and getting the Shelter players to hear about Fallout 76. Business as usual for Bethesda. Doubt it will have any effect on the creatives at BE.
