How do you stop people when they heal you?

Occasionally some guy has the bright idea to instantly start healing me the second he unhooks me. Needless to say, it usually doesn't end well. How can you escape from the trap your own teammate set for you?

Spam the shift button and try running away. if they keep trying to heal you more than twice then either full run away from them, or just accept the heals cause they wont stop

Drop a pallet on them and loop'em.

You can hold shift so they can't heal you at all, if they're aleady healing you just press shift.

don't waste your sprint burst, point or come here action then walk away... but seriously just shift to get them off... healing near the killer baaaad.
