Future Perk Buffs & Nerfs from Latest DBD Q & A Video
Here are all the potential perk changes that may go into future patches (which was discussed in the latest DBD video):

SURVIVORS

  • All survivor perks that use exhaustion (e.g. Sprint Burst, Lithe) - NERF - Exhaustion cooldown will no happen when you are running.
  • Decisive Strike - NERF - No longer able to escape the killer's grasp. Killer will be stunned in place and survivor can still wiggle. Other survivors can come in for a flashlight save during the stun.
  • Self Care - NERF - Interrupting the Self-Care action before you have healed a health state resets any healing progression in that health state to zero (this number may change before it goes live).
  • Deja Vu - BUFF - Adds the abliity to view the auras of 3 generators in closest proximity to each other are revealed to you for up to 60 seconds at the start of the match and each time a generator is completed. If you are holding a map that can track objectives, objectives revealed by the perk are added to the map.
  • Calm Spirit - BUFF - Adds the ability to overcome the urge to scream due to madness, intoxication, or injury.
  • Ace In The Hole - BUFF - Now there is a 100% chance to find an add-on of very rare or lower attached to an item, and a 50% chance to find a second add-on of uncommon rarity or lower attached to an item from a chest.
  • Sole Survivor - QOL Change - Your aura cannot be read by the killer within a max range of 16m / 18m / 20m for each killed or sacrified survivor. Now works against all killer aura perks (e.g. BBQ and Chili).
  • Dark Sense - BUFF - Adds the abliity to view the killer's aura for 5 seconds each time a generator is completed. Can view the killer's aura for up to 10 seconds after the last generator is powered.

KILLERS

  • Bitter Murmur - BUFF - Each time a generator is fully reparied, survivors within 16m of the completed generator will be revealed for 5 seconds. When the last generator is fully repaired, all survivors auras are revealed up to 10 seconds.
  • Tinkerer - QOL Change - When a generator is repaired to 90%, you will receive a noise notification and your Terror Radius will be removed for up to 8 seconds.
  • Predator - QOL Change - Scratch marks left by survivors will spawn slightly / moderately / considerably closer together
  • Whispers - QOL Change - Sporadically hear the Entity's whisper when standing within a 24m range of a survivor. The power of Whispers weakens by 10m / 8m / 6m each time a survivor is killed.
  • Sloppy Butcher - BUFF - Wounds inflicted by successful attacks slighty / moderately / considerably increase the survivor's bleeding and inflict the Mangled status effect. Bleeding and healing effects return to normal once the survivor is fully healed.
  • Save The Best For Last - BUFF - Earn a token for each successful hit that is not dealt to the obsession. Each token grants a stackable 5% decreased cooldown on successful attacks. You can earn up to 8 tokens. Attacking your obsession will make you lose 4 / 3 / 2 tokens. You can no longer gain tokens if your obsession is sacrificed or killed.

i think its the scream when you get hit for injury, Iron will should still keep you from moaning cause you cant handle the pain.

New Tinkerer's gonna be useless and potentially kill some killers

Calm Spirit WILL kill Doctor. People will use it much more often because all of its other effects are helpful and completely countering Doctor will be an added bonus.
If someone decides to take calm spirit in the unlikely event of facing a doc... instead of a meta perk... they deserve the free win!

Infact even as a wraith main, i'd be glad to offer survivors a free new perk that makes all survivors invulnerable to Wraith attacks - just so that when i don't play as him, thats potentially one less DS or SB!

Oh and Deja Vu is more likely to kill Doc.

Calm Spirit will counter to many things then.
-SFTS 100% (that killer perk is already nerfed to trash)
-Clown gas
-Doctor madness

SC change is stupid. It discourages teamhealing in some scenarios, and survivors wouldn't let teammates heal them in fear of losing the healing progress. I always like to let teammates heal me to give them altruism, and obviously its faster. SC doesn't need a change and anybody claiming it does is ridiculous.

Also is the Whispers change a buff or nerf?

And no BBQ changes?

The endless whining of killers is just destroying the game tbh. Solo survivors/stealth users getting shafted as usual.

Yea, sure... unlimited self sufficient heals are perfectly fine an asymetrical horror survival game that is based on timemanagement for the one player.^^

The base issues still exist and it doesn't look like the devs even know what they are doing. This is only going to cause more problems until more objectives are added so the games don't end in 3 minutes.
