When a gen gets finished after you got a trap on your head a timer will start. If the timer runs out you die.
When you try to leave through the gate the trap will kill you as well.
You must find a key which is in one of the jigsaw boxes on the map. The one who has the key is random.

Also; the timer will stop when you get chased or hooked.

It's a Reversed Bear Trap, when placed on a survivors head, the survivors have the option to attempt to remove it by going to one of the 4 Jigsaw boxes. If a bear trap is placed on a survivors head and a gen pops, then a timer will begin. The survivor has 1 min and 30 secs to remove the trap before it closes on their head. A survivor who has a bear trap on cannot leave through the exit gates as they will die instanlty, however, they can escape through the hatch.

It is called a Reverse bear trap (or RBT for short), when a generator is completed a timer will start, I think it's about 1 minute and 30 seconds. When the timer reaches 0 you will die. The Pig can put addons that gives status effects to survivors having the bear trap on. To remove it, you need to find the right jigsaw box (The boxes should highlight in white.) The right box changes every time. Oh and when you try to leave through a gate you'll die if you have it on.
