Iron Grasp vs Agitation (by TydeTyme)
Here is a video that TydeTyme made showing the results between Iron Grasp and Agitation.
Seems like Iron Grasp carries farther than Agitation.I personally thought the opposite.

Good, now I'll be using it on my top tier Myers.

That... doesn't make any sense, actually.

IG gives less than three seconds of carry time and it doesn't even cover hitting someone while carrying them. The reduction on wiggle effect that makes you move back and forth is pointless for any good killer.

Agitation covers far more ground, increases your TR, and helps counter bodyblockers.

Agitation is top tier and IG is low tier. Tyde is completely wrong on this if he thinks IG is better than Agitation.

3.68 m/s x 16 s = 58.8 meters, default carrying capability of all 4.6 m/s Killers.
4.34 m/s (AG 3) x 16 s = 69.44 meters.
3.68 m/s x (16 x 1.12) s = 3.68 m/s x 17.92 = 66 meters

Unless I did some of the math actually wrong , AG should be outclassing IG all the time.

I can't really trust a guy that puts Myers as 3rd best killer in the game and Doctor as bottom tier, only higher than Wraith, Freddy, and Hag. (aka TydeTyme)

As flattered as I am, his arguments for Myers's highest 3rd position are... weird.

He states that Doctor *wastes* time putting people to M3, whereas it's a lot of control with certain perks and addons, that you ensure.

And in actuality, it's Michael who lets Survivors run while he stalks them.

I personally heavily disagree only on one position - The Doctor. He should never be that low.
I mean, IG really is a bit better than AGI. It does help with Body Block trains and does help with slightly more efficient movement to get to a hook. Agi is still great but I run IG over it on all my killers because I see a bigger effect using that perk.

Iron grasp might let you carry farther, but time wasted on something other than hunting survivors is something that should be cut to a minimum. Therefore I'm still going with agitation, especially since sabotage seems like its dead in the water these days.

Im basically ok with Iron grasp carrying farther, as that makes that perk a legit choice instead of superfluous.

It adds less than three seconds not even covering a single hit. How are you people even thinking it's better than Agitation?

You lose a bit of distance covered with Agitation to wiggling to sides. You can of course just spam adad when carrying someone, as it completly nullifies any wiggling effects.

Agitation is superior anyway. Carrying someone to a hook is a waste of time as a killer, you dont want to spend much time wasting your time, as it is the most important resource for the killer. Also Agitation is superior when dribbling a survivor with ds, as it allows you to cover slightly more ground before having to drop the crutch user.

IG is better for newbie killers who cannot counter certain mechanics or for the basement LF to secure basement hooks as often as possible (IG + Agitation).

On nurse for an example, Agitation is a must, of course when you consider any of transportation perks.

You'd be surprised on how much it matters when you get a double or triple body to a hook somewhat close. IG gets me more hooks on average than AGI at rank 1's.

Are you just ignoring the fact that IG doesn't cover a SINGLE hit while carrying someone for fun or what?

IG reduces the swaying back and forth while providing more time to get hits while carrying a survivor.

Agitation is all about the speed of getting the survivor to the hook, to apply pressure. As a result of getting to the hook faster you have more time to hit body blockers.

Agitation imho is far better.

IG doesn't cover a single hit's duration so its only useful trait is the reduced wiggle effect when carrying a survivor.
