Barbecue & Chilli + Hillbilly

Recently most of the time I encounter killer who play Hillbilly with Barbecue & Chilli perk. I think that this combination is to op compared to the other killers. In almost every match everyone gets downed one by one every couple of seconds. Maybe last person will escape through hatch. Don't tell me that everybody should run into his terror radius, because it will take forever to repair generators and it also will work in favour of killer. What do you think?

BBQ is a Snowball Perk.

Snowballing is a type of perk or tactic in pvp games whereby if your team does not Proactively Attempt To Counter It, then your odds of success decrease drastically.

What this means is...

If you attempt to React To The Killer's BBQ+C, you will more than likely be found and caught out, allowing the killer to continue Snowballing out of control until he is unstoppable.

By reacting to BBQ, you ensure that the killers intel is Accurate. He knows where you are, and if you were at a location you wanted to be (an objective for example). He knows that if he goes there he can at the very least stop your efforts, and potentially outright catch you.

If your team is Proactively treating the Killer like they Have BBQ+C, and subsequently acting to counter it Before the killer gains BBQ+C, you will see a drastic increase in your ability to evade This perk.

The information the killer gleans completely changes if you are already in motion versus not moving and moving as a result of BBQ. He doesn't know if you are heading in a specific direction or not. It makes the intel less reliable.

The counter to BBQ is, and always has been, being Proactive, not Reactive.

Game is incredibly survivor sided, so no. There is nothing OP about it. You just need to counter it.

Indeed it is OP perk but Billy+nurse abuse it so hard

If you get downed in a matter of less than 10 seconds by a killer, you're playing the game wrong. Whatever the killer perks are.

If 1 person get's downed he sees someone else and uses his chainsaw to run. If you run you will leave marks and if you hide he probably gonna find you.

I've done the math. If you're exactly 40m away you get 6 seconds to run, 2 of which are without outline. For every 10 meters farther you get another second of time. This is assuming billy can even reach you. Have you ever played a billy on Lery? It's like someone cut his balls off.

Survivors still crying.

Meanwhile DS, BT, SC, SB and others craps still runing.

With bbq :
-Normaly you will not meet a camping killer except if you search him or you get really unlucky (less complain about camping).
-You can counter the perk different way :
*Generator
*Range
*Mind game : fake to go on left and go on the right or the opposite. Pretty much like when you cry with a doctor (nothing force you to stay where you cry or to leave scratchmark everywhere).
So no sorry i don't think it is op.

Edit : there is one killer who could be call "powerfull" with this perk and it is freddy but since his ability is not that amazing ^^ ...

Staaaahp. Not all players can apply Linear Algebra, Differential Equations and Geometry to a legitimate counter to BBQ, in the span of 4 seconds.

You encounter him many times. And yet you do not try to counter it.

BBq Billy is indeed strong, but it has soo many ways to counter BBQ that it is laughable,
