I personally don't use it often because I hate being the obsession and people tend to get angry if you take their instant dexisive strinke special obsession spot because you have more obsession perks than them...
Honestly, I used Lithe with it, and it served me really well, as it gives me a bit more control over when to use the speed burst, to a degree.
Lithe also works well because you can kinda plan your escape route a bit better.
Question is what do you exactly have in mind with that perk? Do you want to avoid the killer or keep them occupied?
And if you really want to go for the last man standing build Left Behind is amazing (in its own way, I like it alot) though I wouldn't use a toolbox with that perk active xD
A bit of both to be honest, it really depends on the situation. Like, I want to be able to sneakily keep tabs on the killer, so I can judge where they are, and decide whether it's worth getting on a gen, or getting out of there. But when a survivor is hooked, I've found I liked trying to lure the killer to me if I'm way off on the other side of the map. I'm fairly good at escaping the killer, provided I can easily get to areas to break line of sight and juke the killer to hide, so luring the killer in for a chase, shaking them off and getting away without being caught, all whilst the hooked survivor is wide open for a rescue, sounds like a win-win
One trick is to only take glimpses of the killer and where he is. I usually only stare at him to get his attention (get him to me) or while he's in a chase.
Hm...Lithe, Object of Obsession(duh), and two of these: Sole Survivor/Quick and Quiet/Lightweight/Iron Will/Alert/Stakeout/Self-Care would be a good pick in my opinion. Alert could be amazing for that.
