"Remember me"
It is just I or "remember me" it is kind of bugged? 5 strikes to the obsession (25 seconds) and they opened the door at normal rate, and the ent didn't blocked the door. Anyone had the same issue? Sommetimes work, sommetimes not.

Remember Me doesn't block exit gates, Blood Warden does that.

Also if the Obsession is the one opening gates then Remember Me won't apply to them

Yeah, with all due respect to TydeTime, he's wrong about this perk. It's really bad.

First of all you have to hit your obsession six times to get the most out of it (so catching them at a window or getting a one-hit down or something won't work. You actually have to hit 'em).

Then you have to make sure your obsession dies before the exit gates are powered, or else they'll just open the gate themselves. As Concharis points out, the obsession is not affected by "Remember Me" when opening exit gates.

And for all of this extra effort you get thirty seconds' added to the exit gate opening time. At best you might end up getting an extra chase and hook out of this. At worst it'll have no effect whatsoever. Blood Warden is way more reliable.

If there was a killer perk that straight-up just increased the time for the exit gates to be opened, it'd probably be usable. "Remember Me"... not the case IMO.

I'm a Wraith main. I can personally say I've turned otherwise losing games around with Remember Me. I've literally turned 0k games into 3k's and 4k's. Because of that perk alone.
IMO, while Remember Me is too situational, Blood Warden only punishes over-altrusitic baboons and egotistical hyenas tbagging at the exit gates.

So 90% of survivors then? :steammocking:

It's very, very rare that I don't get at least one extra kill after the exit gates are opened if the match lasts long enough. The one exception was when a SWF teammate told his buddies what he had after dying (still don't understand why dead survivors can see the killer's perks before the match ends btw).

As long as you end up killing your obsession (via hooks and not mori), you should end up with max stacks, if not close to max stacks. What's great about that perk is knowing you can commit to a chase when the doors are powered and know you can most likely down one person, and then shoo off the last person working on a door, because it takes close to a whole minute to open the door (this is assuming your obsession is dead). Of course, there's always the possibility your obsession plays smart and stays hidden, thus rendering your perk useless, but hey, any strong perk like Remember Me should have some kind of potential set-back.

Remember Me means if you tunnel a decent survivor, you lose 4 gens. in exchange for Remember Me.

Just had a survivor DC right before being put on a hook. Blood Warden would've activated and guaranteed me at least one extra kill most likely.

Survivor was like "I was pissed you kept finding me" in post game chat. I was like "Really?"

Yeah... that's the case against Blood Warden... easily defeated by SWF teamspeak or survivor ragequits.

Okei thanks. Eitherway, was bugged, one of the survivors (he was not an obsession) said to me that "remember me" wasn't working.

Its an amazing perk on Freddy, Billy and the Nurse and quite benificial to Trapper and the Hag if they prepare Traps at the exit gates.

It synergies quiete well with Freddys decrease action speed addons. Gate can literally take 4 uninterrupted minutes to open-possibly longer than the rest of the game up to that point.

I don't know how to rank it against other perks but I put it in the category of BW. Situational but it's beautiful when it works. There have been matches where I saw someone opening the gate and I was able to interupt them only because of the extra seconds remember me bought. BW is just flat out hilarious when the survivors realize it's in play.
Like many things in this game it is hard countered by SWF. Much like my boy, Trapper. As much as I'd like the devs to do something about that Im not sure how they could stop people from using voice chat.
