32 seconds when not running, 64 seconds when running vs 40/80 respectively, it's somewhat fun and good, but to my mind there are better perks.
I run it whenever I feel particuarly tryhardish, but errr, that's about all the uses I can think of for that perk.
Best perk to stack it with is Sprint Burst - grants you a good amount of mobility over the map,as you can rotate around the maps with relative ease.
Exhaustion perks recharge quicker if you're walking/not running?
It's a fun and versatile build with 2 exhaustion perks which you can control and decide when to use.
