Ptb and bloodpoints
How does it work? Will I have same progress as on live servers? And if yes, what will happen if I try to spend my bloodpoints on new survivor/killer on ptb?

Im not interested in items. Main question was towards BP since I dont want to levelup new chars and lose my currency on live

oh that was ez. They copy the progress from live on ptb and from now on you will have 2 separate progresses as you would play on 2 accounts
