Best speed & stealth build?

Yo guys! So I just hit lvl 25 to Meg Thomas, and I really want to make a speed/stealth build to distract the murderer, and to get fast from a place to another place.
Any suggestions?

Sprint Burst / Lithe, Quick and Quiet, Lightweight, Iron Will

SB or Lithe, combined with Q&Q, perhaps Lightweight. Definitely take UE.

Lightweight + Sprint Burst / Lithe + Self Care + Dance With Me (when it comes out) will be pretty brutal.

Don't listen to him. Lightweight is really only second to urban evasion, which beats pretty much everything. It's an amazing perk, you can definitely see the difference in your games even when you can't see your own scratch marks. As killer, it's usually pretty obvious who is using it because they're so hard to track via scratches. Definitely worth a slot anyday imo.

Sprint Burst, not Lithe. Sprint Burst has zero situational limitations

Quick and Quiet.

Iron Will. Killers don't look at blood like they should. Sloppy Butcher and Bloodhound do counter Iron Will, but almost nobody runs those perks.

Self-Care for when you lose the killer.

Some people will say Lightweight but that perk isn't good. Scratch marks aren't reliable anyways, and it is pointless to take that perk with Sprint Burst because it messes up the scrath mark patterns.

Go for Lithe, Dance With Me, Iron Will and either Q&Q or Lightweight
