I consider harder to hit when the mark is on the second quarter and also when you are that close to the hook that you have to choose using or not because the pobability of waste it.
Im not a big fan of DS but generally is prretty easy to hit it.
I have Decisive Strike. I got it off the Shrine a long while back in 2016. The last time I remember ever using it was before the change where it became an Obsession perk, might've even before the nerfed the stun time. I do remember successfully using it a couple of times, though. Don't remember how hard it was. I vaguely remember the skill check being pretty small, though.
thx now i'm sad
I feel like as killer, survivors miss maybe 1 in 8. Seems too easy. Im sure when they first made the perk, they expected not many would have it and it would be too hard. But thats just not the case.
So unnerving doesnt make much difference?
Playing as doctor I feel that more survivors miss because of UP and the madness 3 random screen zone but playing survivor against him even at madness3 and with UP I realized its not that hard if the skillcheck mark appears fom the middle onwards the circle
