Self Care > Streetwise
I never noticed that Streetwise is 15% & SC is 20%, but because meta is a thing: Streetwise could use a seriously good buff.

Streetwise adds to the charges of the item, making said item last longer. Self Care increases each individual charges effect, making it grant more progress. Both stack with each other, but Streetwise gains more effect from better items while Self Care remains static.

not really, one is for global item uses, and 1 specifically for medkit.

Well you know how many people take hits and what not then heal backup with self-care. They can still do it, but use the medkit which will have triple it's charges + faster healing.

The thing is that Streetwise works with every item (instead of only med-kits). It also gives the bonus to your friends and it stacks, so it's 60% max.
Streetwise needs a buff for sure,if you calculate the items and how much it gives to them,it doesnt worth a perk slot as it is now.

For the Purple Flashlight for example, it adds just under 2 seconds.

To be fair, that's at least one extra save opportunity. Couple that with the fact streetwise affects all other survivors, I'd say it's relatively well balanced. Could probably use a small buff, but this seems like a precarious perk to balance.

The opportunity to use that 1 extra Flashlight save thanks to Streetwise doesn't arrive often at all.
Unless used on a Toolbox with gigantic charges, like Commodious + Add-ons, the results are barely worth running it over the security of Self Care.
25% would be ideal to me.

The logic of this thread :

Brutal Strength is 20%, but We'll make it is 100%.
Buff Brutal Strength to 100% to make it even.

Hilarious.

Tho, Streetwise DO need serious changes.
I did a suggestion back then :
Make it so your items cannot exhaust anymore, and make it so you can still use them with reduced efficiency when out of charges.

That's the logic you make of it, while those are not my intentions at all.

My logic is: Streetwise is weak asf and needs a buff badly. And as an additional note, i meant that, if you want to use a Med-Kit, you might as well run Self Care over Streetwise.

The only thing you pointed is :
In the case of using a medkit solely for the purpose of healing yourself/others, self-care is superior to Street Wise.

Street wise is obviously not used to be played with medkits, but for repairing teams/saboin' teams, or flashlight squads, or to geal healed by others with medkits with less charge loss.

The perk is pretty bad overall tho, no one is denying that. But the comparaison is rather not logical to do.
