Don't forget that you also see your own Scratchmarks, which according to those people, will "help you" juke out and mindgame Spirits more.
Also, the point of healing is to take a hit in a necessary situation. Say you open the exit gates. There's no NOED or OHKO of any sort. You make a late rescue and are running back to the gate with the injured survivor.
Having the Healthy status means that you can bodyblock the killer without fear, or dive in at the last second to eat the hit and get the speed boost to carry you both to safety.
It's up to you to decide whether it's worth it. Personally I'd run it with Spine Chill and rely on items and Addons to cover up for the lack of action buffs. The extra 6% at level 3 can come in real handy, and the skill checks aren't really that much harder with it on. Plus it's just an insanely good detection perk all by itself.
If you feel Spine Chill's too good, maybe use Premonition instead. Or go with level 3 Bonds/Empathy to keep track of your buds. No point having Sprint Burst on a fast cooldown and Fixated to back it up, if you just aggro-train the killer into a slower team-mate by accident.
DS/Unbreakable (Anti-tunnel)
Pharmacy/Botany Knowledge (So you can get 2 quick heals out of the medkit you plunder), Adrenaline/Borrowed time/DS/Iron will (Classic meta, Chose 2 of those)
Iron will/Spine chill (Anti spirit build)
Anyways for the OP, SB is nice because it allows you to do unsafe gens (No pallets/Windows nearby) Also allows you to attempt to stealth without getting punished when found. FIxated allows you to conserve SB when you want to move around map.
Sprint Burst - Run Fast
Fixated - Walk Fast
Urban Evasion - Crouch Fast
Tenacity - Crawl Fast
I love the sound of that build, i shall try it out too
