Some of us have a stock pile, me included.

Just because some people have things you don’t, doesn’t make them a cheater.

I'm pretty sure the only hackers use it now... yes, some people have it in inventory but most of people keep it for memory.

first time a winter party starter went off on me was in the middle of like april a year or so back and i had no idea what just happened

Its not hacking. The bouquets were removed from the bloodweb but anyone that still has them in their inventory can use them.

I saved them till I reached rank 10 and blew them all because I was celebrating that I stopped caring. I got cursed the ♥♥♥♥ out for it too.

And then it makes you wonder, why flashbangs though?
