Is 8v2 ever coming to DBD?

They have a hard time to balance and fix things in the standard 4vs1, so i really doubt it. I would love to see a perkless mode tho.

On the last q and a video this was mentioned by one of the devs , saying it was fair given the games current balance . Hilarious eh ?

Balance is the least of the worries. This is p2p connection. Until they get dedicated servers 2v8 is not viable unless you like choppy lagfest games.

And according to their youtube QA, they haven't decided they even want dedicated servers for DBD.

Fun fact: in the thursday QnA session, 2 of the devs jokingly mentioned a mode with 2 survivors and 8 killers, to which Not_Queen said "let's cut it right there xD I don't want any fire in the forums", meaning the devs are so afraid of survivors going insane over a joke, but don't mind 70% of their killer playerbase not enjoying killer whatsoever.

Survivors dont lose their minds over a joke, that is killers you are thinking of. Go play Civ 5.
