Injured builds
I'm trying to decide on a build for being injured most of the time, I dont know if i should commit to No Mither or just have self care and heal to 99%

The rest of the build would be the perks that give benefits when injured, in other words, resilience, DH(if No Mither) or IW(if SC), This is not Happening (or tenacity if No Mither) or other perks.

if u dont wanna have no mither to not be the killers target all the time and 99% heal, then i would use
-iron will
-resilience
-this is not happening
-selfcare

only probelm with self care over no mither is other survivors will heal you and ruin the build, lol. not to mention having to get hurt and lose the killer in the first place. but on the other hand, i dont need to say the benefits of self care

-resilince (main perk)
-selfcare/pharmacy (I prefer later, cuz I use looter and I get green medkit postgame if I win)
- spine chill
- perk of your choice - leader or bond or prove thyself. I come in game with low-tier toolbox so I can increase repair speed and I don't care if I lose gray items. So I use streetwise, and then it combines with pharmacy

note that Iron will is not needed, you better not be near killer for this (you may miss chance to run if you overcommit to hiding while injured) and instead prefer exhaustion perks to run away

Also note that you don't have to be injured, you have to be not dead. If you're not injured the whole game it's ok, since it means you play good. This build is around the point that you don't have to be top-health all the time and use it to gain momentum back in case you failed and got hit.

just type in chat - do not heal me 100% plz, I use resilince
otherwise it's ok, you don't have to be injured all the time, just when you're not near killer

No Mither, Tenacity, Resilience, Unbreakable - Not out yet
Iron will, UE, resilience, self care - Undying
Iron will, resilience, This isn't happening, Technician - Gen lover
My personal favorite and one I normally use as survivor: Iron Will, Urban Evasion, Stake out, Technician.

without iron will he will be pretty much Eff'd and he can't control if he can be near killer or not 100% of the times, so better safe than sorry.

since the build doesn't have any exhaust in it, then you can deny their heal with sprinting away.

It's not worth it. You don't want to waste a perk slot or two for just 9% increased repair speed. A brown toolbox gives 15% increased repair speed and you can find that (or better) in every second chest...
the point is to combine those. It's challenge build not meta

Kinda the point for perk of choice, plus the build is not about being injured 100% time but using it effectively. If you don't no mither you don't want to be injured anyway. It's about using injured as optimal as can be.

currently when im not with my friends who just recently started the game ( less than 5 hours ) i run both leader and prove thy self with selfcare and sprint burst.

and omg... how fast gens are done when you have 1-2 survivors do it with you, not even using toolbox u just watch the bar progress in no time.

4 survs do gen = 45 seconds. that's enough time to do it while killer simply goes from one gen to another while patroling only 3 gens...

I run No-Mither almost all the time now. I prefer about 3 different builds.

No Mither
Resilience
Tenacity
Balanced landing or sprint burst.

No mither
Resilience
This is not happening
Steak out

Tenacity
No mither
Bond
Resilience
