How the traps of Pig work?
I've played several matchs as Pig and I still can't understand how the traps of Pig work? How much time the trapped survivor has? Why the icon of the survivor can be red or white? How many attempts the survivor can use to escape the trap?

When the icon is white, the trap is inactive. Traps only turn on once a generator is finished. Trap timers won't continue while the survivor is downed, hooked, or being "chased." I say "chased" because you can crouch-follow the survivor and the game won't count it as a chase.

The timer is approximately 2 minutes long without add-ons, so never expect to actually kill anyone with them.

Survivors can remove RBTs by checking the Jigsaw boxes around the map, which are highlighted for them once they're trapped unless you're using an ultrarare add-on. 1 of 4 of the boxes will contain the correct key for their trap. "Luck" (the stat influenced by luck offerings) has no part in it, as soon as someone is trapped, one box is invisibly marked as the right one for them. You can add aditional boxes which will never contain a key with add-ons.

white = not activated - they get activated by the next gen popped or immidiately when all gens are already done
red = activated, counter ticking down but paused if chased, downed or hooked

to get rid of the trap, surv needs to search sawboxes... with bad luck up to all 4, with luck the first will do the trick
