Bootlegs just fascinate me in a morbid way, trying to emulate something good,coming so close... and in the end being like a car accident, horrbile yet entretaining.
Identity V seems to have copied all the cool stuff from White Noise 2 ( Terror and Insanity effects, multiple goals that need to be done before they win , killer is forced to retreat, decoys, audio based tracking, etc. ) and just pasted it over Dead by Daylight.
So far, they've done a pretty good job.
If not then it's clearly an inferior WN2xDbD clone.
Yeah I am not really trying to instigate an outrage of copyright infringement or anything, I was just curious about the reactions of the community, I personally find bootlegs amusing.
