Doc is average at best.
Not top, but not the bottom either.
Some of his perks are pretty good, surv's perks are decent too (underused due to the same stale survivor meta since initial DbD's release). Worth it for the perks, killer is okay if you like M1 killers.
It slowly builds Madness even if you don't land the Zap when they are in your Terror Radius and you are in treatment mode. Add Distressing ontop of that..and you'll be patrolling and suddenly hear a scream, and get a visual near you.
Funtimes really. Combo it with Unerving then throw in Ruin and Docs Overcharge Talent...and you are a GOD on smaller maps.
