Neon/Multiple Color Perk Icons

Where can I get the mod to make my perk colors all vibrant and cool looking? Not interested in the cartoon colored irons.

not sure but becareful with modding as it might get u banned.

I've seen people use them on broadcasts. You can probably find them now if you look.

I don't think those are mods as much as they are overlays but I am unsure, I know some broadcasters use overlays on their perks, I don't watch dbd as much as I play it tho.
