I don't think that is what is meant.. maybe I 'm wrong in what was said.

I took it as.. The endgame can be triggered by the killer closing the hatch, or a survivor opening a gate.

I don't think the killer will be opening the exit gate, they didn't show any video of one doing it.

I hear ya... but i think what they meant by opening the exit gates.. is they close the hatch and the gates then become powered and trigger the end game.

Only reason I'm thinking it that way.. was they didn't show an animation of the killer opening a gate, but showed one closing the hatch. They also showed all the other animations in the new end game. So figured they would show off that new animation in the video if they did it.

Actually would be good if killer can.. so will be interesting to get more details on it.

Only reason I'm thinking it that way.. was they didn't show an animation of the killer opening a gate, but showed one closing the hatch. They also showed all the other animations in the new end game. So figured they would show off that new animation in the video if they did it.
