Theory crafting with "Any means Necessary"
Now i havent played the ptb yet so this is a theory but... lets assume you slam down a pallet in a chase with this perk and the loop is relatively long. Could you use the perk to basically block the break pallet prompt for the killer so he is forced to loop around the whole entire loop? Does anyone know?

Depends if it gets shorter than 3 seconds, and by how long.
1 second to reset it is plenty of time in a few loops, especially if there's pallets back to back and the killer is breaking one of them.

Hell, 1 second is enough to stun the killer and reset that pallet. 2 seconds could be enough on dedicated servers too based on the ping.

3 seconds is nigh impossible in most loops though.

I mean yeah i get that. but if you start lifting up the pallet does it block the killers from breaking it. because if so then the survivor could hold it for 2.5 seconds, stop then do it again so the killer cant break it. tl;dr cancel usage of the perk for maximum cheese.

If all survivors have it and keep revive the shack pallet, it can be really annoying, no ?
Or any well placed pallet ofc.

We tried to cheese with this earlier, it doesn't really work in any greasy way as far as we've seen.

If you had a SWF group, and baited a killer a bit, it might work, but even if that works once it won't again unless he is retarded.

Also most killers break the palettes so it's rare there is one to flick back up.

All in all the perk sounds scary and abusive, but until someone finds something the devs have not already thought of, it seems fine if a bit useless.

The killer unless an idiot, will always break the major palettes.

Ah ok I understand, only work when not broken, sorry.

So basically in about 3 days someone will find something the devs/alpha playtesters haven't.

The only situation where a highly coordinated swd could use this trick would be around jungle gyms against low to avg killers.
Otherwise loops are either too small or not worth the effort.
I see an use of this perk only on unsafe pallets that usually won't get kicked.

I already met a beast of prey legion, who knows what will be next.
