First tip: just wait a minute before creating a lobby if you just played against this group so that they're matched to someone else.
Second: You can still add these people to your Steam blocked list to keep track of who you have blocked. What I mean is that when you start a lobby, you can click on survivor profiles and quickly check if you have someone blocked. If they are blocked, dodge. Boom, easy, legitimate way of maintaining your own blacklist if you don't mind a lot of clicking and checking profiles. IDK what the limit is off-hand but it goes pretty high.
You cannot ban someone for saying "ez." If they're using enough foul language, threats, and "kill yourself" comments and variants of these to raise eyebrows, you can report via the thumbs up/down button by their names at the end game screen. IDK how often these reports work, but judging from the whiners on the steam forums, a fair number of them seem to get the ban hammer at least temporarily for even one "♥♥♥" comment. You can avoid seeing any of this at all by hiding the chat (press the arrows by the chat box to hide the chat) or just leave games immediately. Trust me, players are the most mad when they don't get a chance to spout off their BS, lol.
Also once servers come out MLGA will be useless. So not worth using it so close to the server release.
it's like a bandaid fix for something OP is asking for. and yeah, i'm aware it's not Whitelisted. like customizing the skin for perks, and profile pics for survivors/killers. It's not something the devs will ban for, but yknow. "We're not gonna unban you if you get detected."
