I'm not going to rank all of them since it's pretty hard to judge each one.

But I will say the most difficult killers to play optimally are: Nurse, Billy, Huntress, and Hag.

If by difficulty you mean skill needed to play the killer well, then from easiest to hardest imo:

Freddy
Legion
Leatherface
Doctor
Wraith
Pig
Plague
Clown
Trapper
Myers
Spirit
Billy (do NOT use mouse to turn. Use Q and E)
Hag
Huntress
Nurse

Nurse is hardest by far.

Huntress and Billy are a bit hard due to finnicky controls.

Leatherface requires the same amount of brainpower as Bubba himself.

Everybody else is kinda middleground or just above.



This does not take into account how strong they are, just how easy to pick up and play.
