Audio Issues

So i just switched from console to PC and picked up DBD the other day. I've played a decent amount on PS4 so I'm basically aware of how the game should sound. However, the SFX volumes (skill checks, survivor noises, footsteps) are all at a good level where as the music volumes are abysmally low. Its almost to the point of undetectable. As far as I've seen there is no way to edit this in game. I'm running the default audio setup with stereo headphones with a straight balanced EQ. Any ideas?

It's broken for everyone, I don't know if that's intentional or not.

Alright, i feel like ive played post patch on my console and didnt notice it. If its just a bug that makes me feel a little less crazy. Thanks!

Also, for some reason for me, Susie ( One of the female skins for The Legion ) has the voice and grunts of the Frank ( the default Legion skin male )

Something to do with surround sound/wireless headphones being broken, if you got a standard jack pair of headphones i suggest using them. It should make the sound go back to normal.

I have standard phones and the sound effects from the survivors are way too loud and for the killer it's the opposite. It makes playing survivor unbearable since I can't say if the killer is right next to me or far away since both of those options have the same volume for me.

Btw do u guys have issues with Doctor's sounds? Shock effect and his laugh are basically hurting my ears- he randomly sounds super loud.

Yup, along with the complete opposite on other killers, like Billy's chainsaw being completely silent outside of actually being hit by it(and even then it's about a fourth of the volume it should be).

yes, same here. especially the Billy chainsaw is too silent. i hope its a bug. if its not, the game is still unplayable for me

it is broken as of now.. but will be called the latest feature once devs figure they can't fix it anyway
