Would Fire Up and Play With Your Food stack?
As above, if you ran both perks would you get speed increases from both perks or is this pointless?

Ah duh... thank you I misread the DBD Wiki.

Well that pretty much answers that then, looks like it would work. Just want to try a quirky build on my Clown to make him 'fast as f boi' just for the hell of it ;)

Yeah I want to mess with some silly builds to see how fast I can get him. Was thinking of the former two perks along with Brutal and Enduring. Though I will probably just get gen rushed to f and not be able to make much use of it
