Hopefully never.

I'm not very thrilled about the "supposed" changes to sweater boi.

He really isn't as weak as the playerbase makes him out to be.

Hopefully never. He is so strong with Photo and Zoneral/Nancy's masterprice, but people just have no idea how to play him. What a wasted potential.

well ya'll complained af from freddy, and even meme'd him.
And now that he's getting a rework everyone is saying "No".
The same happend with Legion, everyone say that killer was broken and braindead (I agreed with that) and even say to delete him, and now that he gets a rework everyone say he is trash..

Works fine at Rank 7
20-7 is majority of the ranks.
