The Doctor's Victorian outfit is his best at functionality as it makes him much darker and harder to notice
But Ghostface its like "What were you all thinking?" They quite literally paint targets on him
I'm surprised he doesn't have a Pepto Bizmo pink suit
Can't miss a point that never existed.
Admittedly I do have the Victorian outfit, but that's cause I like the style. I don't think it helps him though cause he's a friggin giant though lol

I don't think hiding in plain sight is the kind of stealth they're going for. Maybe actual skill-based stealth?
