This is tome 1, wait til tome 4. Unhook 3 people during the endgame collapse, must be completed in a single trial and be safe unhooks. This is the final challenge for survivors. Or a survivor challenge "Completely repair 4 generators using the perk dark sense in a single trial" yikes
The final ones for Killer are sacrifice 3 survivors to the entity during the endgame collapse using the perk no one escapes death in a single trial, and catch a survivor 5 times in a bear trap in a single trial as the Trapper.

The tier 1 challenge has to be the same survivor twice; so the tier 4 would be trapping the same person five times.
