Most Common Killer and Survivor Perks

There as a link that showed which were the most commonly used Perks on Killers and Survivors about 2-3 months ago along with some statistics.
I can't for the life of me find that link/statistics. Can anyone please point me towards the right direction or post them below?

But it honestly depends on the person, everyone has a different play style and there are many different builds for different killers.
