All Killers have the exact same lunge range and speed. The only Killer to not follow this rule for normal gameplay is the Shape as he has a smaller lunge in EW1 and a longer one in EW3. Hag and Nurse also have a changed lunge when using their power in them being shorter after blinking and teleporting to a trap.

Not all the killers, Like for Freddy, Trapper and the Spirit their lunge ranges are longer where say Myers and Hag are a bit shorter.

Lunge ranges are the same except for a few differences due to powers such as myers at tier 1 as stated by others. The reason that most people seem to think that lunge ranges are different, myself included, is due to the lunge not being really impacted by the height of the killer. The height difference compared to trapper and freddy makes it seem like freddy has a much higher lunge distance because even though he is so much shorter, he still lunges the same distance.

myers lvl 1 lunge is short his lvl 3 lunge is one of the longest if not the longest lunge

This is correct. Myers has the most variation. Spirit also has a longer lunge range based on addons during her post-phase walk.
