I do it when ever the survivors think they are 'outsmarting me'. Thing about the nurse is, pulling that "Ha ha, you thought i was going this way but i was actually going that way" gets real obvious after the first time and stupidly easy to predict, much to survivors salt.

I personally usually do it when a survivor thought he got away from me, but i catch him of guard and down him... like "no, you ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up", or "no, that doesnt work with me"
