So I would guess skipping prestige you can do it in 1.5k hours.
That being said perks are getting a change of SOME sort in September in how we buy them from the Bloodweb
For killer, there's 60 perks, for my calculations I'll not include the upcoming perks in Chapter 13.
So let's see here, 60*3 (because of tiers) = 180
So you'd need to level up your killer 180 times in order to get all perks, but how much is that?
If we do 180-50 (leveling from level 1 to level 50) we remain with 130 levels required. From my experience if you're efficient with the bloodweb after you reach level 50 you'd need roughly 50k BP per level, which is 6.5m BP.
For the remaining 50 levels, we know it takes 1m BP to get to level 37 and roughly 750k to reach level 50, so 6.5m+1m+750k=8,250,000 BP in order to get all perks tier 3 on one killer.
There's 16 killers, 16*8.25m=132,000,000BP to get all perks tier 3 on all killers.
If on average (while playing killer) you'd get around 20k BP, have BBQ&Chili Tier 3 and add a Cake (the 3rd year anniversary cake) or a survivor pudding, you'd get around 60k BP per match.
132,000,000/60=2,200,000, that's the amount of matches you'd need to play in order to get all perks tier 3 on killer, and if we say each match takes 10 minutes on average then you'd be looking at 22,000,000 minutes of playtime, which is 366666.66667hrs.
It's 6am, I'm tired, I probably got it wrong somewhere, if I did please correct me so I don't look like a total idiot, but that's what I've gotten from staring at my screen calculator for like 5min.
What I've found is that one million bloodpoints (the blood point cap) is enough to get you to roughly level 37 (I say roughly because oddly enough I was sinking bloodpoints into my Spirit and I was one offering off from getting to level 36 so). All you really need is to level up these characters to level 40 in order to get all their teachables, if you don't plan on playing them, then don't go any further. This way you have access to every perk available on the killer that you like to play the most and can play the most effectively.
With the use of bloodpoint offerings, this makes the grind that much easier and getting to one million bloodpoints can be achieved in a single day if you grind for long enough. So honestly this whole endeavor doesn't take as long as you would think.
This is definitely a lie, since I have only 700 hours and I have every perk on Ace (my main for survivor) and there are many more survivors and subsequently perks to obtain for the survivor side than there are for killers.
I'm honestly not sure if your math is technically wrong, but I definitely know that the grind isn't 366,666 hours
This is one of those math moments when you're teacher tells you to ignore the equations and the rationale, and think about your answer in a logic sense. In terms of logic, this answer is not even in the same ballpark hell not even the same country as the baseball field.
366,666 hours is 41 years. The game is three years old and there are plenty of people who already have all the perks for survivor or killer, or both.
Y'all are honestly way overestimating the grind it takes to achieve this thing.
But I was ignoring survivor, just focusing on killers and not counting prestige time. So I don't think it is off by that much with those pointed out.
I do however know a lot of steamers who have 3k+ hours and still don't have p3 maxed all killers. So at the VERY least I would lean on the 2k hours and very most 4k hours
