A Nurse's Calling goes together with Sloppy Butcher just well, and Whispers is very underrated Perk, always viable, once you get used to it.
There are some DLC packs - Characters, that can be purchased via Iridescent Shards, so, without real money needed, but I've decided to not count them to it.
Sloppy Butcher, Distressing, Whispers, Hex: Thrill Of The Hunt, (...) are all Perks, that you can get without the need to teach them, so, Distressing and 32 meter basic terror radius should help you to get points in the Deviousness category two times faster than without it.
Brutal Strength from MacMillan, AKA Trapper is a Pallet eater, and Enduring from Billy Junior kinda fits to it, but I'd recommend only the Brutal Strength.
So, a good choice is to level up Sally, AKA Nurse, so, you may consider the usage of all her Perks - They're not that bad at all, but Thanatophobia isn't that good as you may think.
Anna's, AKA The Huntress's Perk, Beast Of Prey, makes earning the 8 000 Bloodpoints in Hunter category an absolute easy mode.
It's really easy to earn those Bloodpoints, even if you don't use this Perk.
The best Perk overall, comes from a licensed character, called Bubba Sawyer, AKA The Leatherface - Barbecue & Chilli.
The Survivor's alternative to it is We're Gonna Live Forever, but it's known, that the Killers do earn more Bloodpoints on average than the Survivors.
If you're playing Nurse, then you don't need Enduring and Brutal Strength, so you could use Whispers, Nurse's Calling, Deerstalker and Agitation/NOED/Sloppy Butcher/Bitter Murmur.
Keep in mind that every week you can buy up to 2 DLC perks from the Shrine, but you will have to save some shards.
buy Hag, then spirit with shards and wait for BBQ in Shrine.
