Ultra Rare/Red perks?

The wiki shows multiple perks that are red-colroed, i also saw a video (recent youtube video) in which the guy was using a red Devour Hope (which also shows red on the wiki when i'ts tier 3), but then i saw Ruin also shows red when it's tier 3 on the wiki but in-game it stays purple.

Is there an explanation for this?

they used to be that color, now they're purple, unless someone is using their own custom icons that sport the old ones.

To me they're red but i've never taken a test to check if i'm colorblind so

I think they're reddish. Like, not entirely red, but close enough.
