Does Haste/Spring Burst/Lithe etc. Effect Crouch/Walk Speed?
Can you pop sprint burst and it affect your walking-crouched speed?

haste is overall character movement speed. so lets say speed is 100, haste adds 6%, it will be 106% (EXAMPLE)

lithe, sprint burst applies to running speed only ( when holding shift )

haste will benefit both crouch and walk speed, while sprint burst, lithe, adrenaline, or other exhaust skills that boosts speed only effect the running.

Not sure about crouching, but you do walk a little bit faster while affected by Haste status effect.

yes. You missed the days when you could activate SB/BL while slugged.

I can say for sure that it also affects waking speed, have done it myself.
