Is saying "♥♥♥" banable?

I got a few players telling me in tally chat to kill myself. So does that apply to the category "real-life threat" and is it banable?

I hope they get warnings for that. And yes, telling someone to end a person's life is against the rules. They can be banned for that. "Hate speech is not tolerated", as stated in the TOS, along with more information if you wish to know more. I hope you reported them and BHVR gives them a warning. No one should be treating you like that.

Yes, I have reported them ingame and via support ticket ( + screenshots ) . I hope that they get their just punishment. :)

wow, man. That's not something anyone should say to another human being.

To think that I came here to say that a survivor called me "cheater" for unknown reason (except that I hooked him) and I find this thread which is much more concerning.
I don't know what's in this game or all competitive games these days that unleashes such nasty behavior among young people.

Might not be very nice to have that said to you, but at the end of the day this is the online world. If your skin isn't thick enough to deal with a few salty people saying "♥♥♥" then maybe this isn't the game for you. Just saying, it could be a hell of a lot worse.

Just because it’s online, it doesn’t mean they can tell others to go kill themselves. People who have the mindset that they can say whatever rude things because it’s online are the reasons this sort of things and toxicity is prevalent in online games. Telling other people to go kill themselves is just not acceptable and DBD might not be a game for them if they can’t handle their defeat. I know some people who were perma banned from LOL because they said “♥♥♥”

Yeah you might be right, but whether you think they should or shouldn't say things you don't like is irrelevant. They will say whatever they want, and unless you want to start banning people because they hurt someone's feelings, you might just have to deal with it.
