If we're being serious though, I think an actual movie would involve more than just her vomiting on people :P I'm picturing something like The Mummy w/ Brenden Frasier with a sickness and disease flavor to it.

A mix of Cabin Fever and The Mummy for a grossout horror with a healthy dose of camp. Plot pretty much writes itself.
