Play this game with an ethernet cable
You don't even understand the differnece.I played on wifi up until 2 days ago and lemme tell you,it's amazing.
Alot of times where you would be hit out of things you shouldn't get hit by or hit and then teleport back doesn't happen anymore,it's not related to latency.
I know not all people have the option, mainly the younger ones but it's a completely different game when you have it.

I figured it was probably common knowledge to most people who game, but yeah, for sure. Direct connection will pretty much always be better than wifi. And in a peer to peer game like this, you also want a strong connection so that if you're hosting other people don't have to have laggy games because of you.

I play on wifi myself and have strong Internet that stays at 20ms or lower. Yah but I understand not everyone uses an Ethernet cable

Again,it's not latency,it's the inconsistency.
I have a little lower latency then I had but it's roughly the same, but the feel is completely different.
When I was on wifi the game was stuttery and movement was unsmooth.
Now it's buttery smooth and things actually whiff instead of hitting me and teleporting me back.
When you have the chance try ethernet,it's game changing.
