Where its the hatch?

Hello, i have the key to open the hatch, but... when i can use it?, i know i can use the hatch when i am the only survivor in the match, but i know, well i mean on the past, that the hatch appears when you repair 2 of 5 generators, so you can open it with a key, but i promise that I CANNOT FOUND THE HATCH!. I have a lots of keys now because in the past whas easy to foun this item more often, and even i have accesory to do not lose this key. I think i have over 6 or more to try (incloding add ons). But the problem its... I search in over 5-6 match (not every time with a key...) and i cannot found the hatch, whats happens?, when the hatch appears?

The hatch only spawns depending on the situation.

If 4 survivors are alive it'll spawn when all generators are done.
If 3 I believe it's 4.
If 2 then I think it's 3.

If there's only 1 survivor left it'll spawn and be open regardless of how many gens are done, but the killer can close the hatch.

So if you have a key and the killer closes it, you can open it again.

The hatch spawns randomly over any map. But 1 map is different, The Game(The Pig's map or Saw map) it only spawns on the bottom floor.

A small tip (if the hatch is open) is to listen closely for the sound, the hatch has a sound that gets louder the closer you are to it.

And nother one is that only a Very Rare(Purple) and Ultra Rare(Red-ish pink) key can open it.

The hatch will not spawn until there are more gens done than there are survivors.. 4 survivors means 5 gens need to be completed, 3 survivors need 4 gens, 2 survivors need 3 gens. When there is only one survivor the hatch will spawn. Finding it is often a whole different story. I've never seen it spawn above the ground floor or in the basement with the four hooks, but i have seen it spawn all over the maps otherwise including in the maps where houses or buildings have basements. Listen for it ( you will hear like a rush of air if it's open or has been closed by the killer) otherwise it looks like a red and gray square on the ground.

Twice I did see it in the basement. Once was Hadfonfield. Don’t remember what the other map was

Thanks, this gona help me a lot to use these keys. I have a claudette level 50 (no prestige) with a lot of really GOOD stuff, like purple toobox, medkit, and green too. The 3 key's i have are skeleton key...... yeah, that "Ultra Rare(Red-ish pink)" as PrinceCharming say. I say it because i want to say that its really strange that in the past, we can get more "rare" stuff because there is not much items, the "common" items (brown ones) does not exist on the past, so was more easy to find these. And i aim more (in the past...) to rare items... And now i have a lot of items that i want to expend, but i'm afraid of losing them in a camper killer match... Me plan its to expend all items and get the prestige.
