If i remember correctly there is a perk that notifies the killer if someone
enters the basement..
Unlocks potential in one's Aura-reading ability.
Survivors' Auras I are revealed to you for 3 seconds when they enter the Basement and you are more than 32 metres away from the Basement entrance.
Territorial Imperative can only be triggered once every 30/25/20 seconds.
"We're not safe anywhere..."
Thank you.. See i knew there was a perk that could do so.
Alternatives? Nurses and looking down. BBQ. Somehow leading the killer to the basement via scratch marks or blood marks. There's more than one way to spot someone that goes in there, or just even common sense that "I know they're around here somewhere."
Edit: There is Whispers though that makes an audio trigger when the survivors are within a certain distance, if they notice someone is in the area around the basement constantly but never see anyone, they're bound to check down there. I don't know how common this perk is but I personally use it a lot.
DON'T DO THAT. That's a terrible strategy!! You're letting your team down and being a terrible player and you'll never improve if you just hide every time you're injured. And if you really are struggling that much with being injured, just play claudette and use self care.
Still, as has been stated, "Stop. get help."
You are a disappointment to your team if you hide in the basement constantly. Let your team heal you or maybe, I dunno... let the killer hook you so they can rescue you and get some points off your failure :P
