Lost my Hound mask on Huntress..
I woke up and was loading up to DbD, had a Huntress daily, so I was going in to killer and choosed Huntress. I watched her mask and saw it had switched to the usually bunny mask, and I know I always use the Hound mask since I like the mind gaming with that mask, never taked it off. Then I was restarting the game, and thinking about the David shirt, and Kates clothes, even the Billy, all of this was gone.. I sent a mail to Dead by Daylight support, like the other 30 times, cuz this is not the first time I lose progess, but the other wat all prestige and everything (something thats in the past, and got back.) From day 1 since DbD started with the "autosave", I told myself I do not trust this, and I see now why. Its 2 weeks since I heard from them and still got nothing off my things back. So I want to ask: why is it so hard to actually keep your players and give them the thing they earned?? wasted tons of time to get.. Cuz I start to be REALLY tired of this, and all the time you are using to actually give it back.

Oh so im not the only one? Yeah i havent even noticed that they tooked my items, i thought: "oh, normal billy hammer? yeah just change it after the round" but after i saw that my Hound mask was gone, i knew, smth is wrong. now im wondering, did they took it out the inventory from everyone or what?
Not that it is an excuse but they said this is a known bug and they have the data and ability to give them back to everyone they are just trying to figure out the issue before they do.

We will see though .
I sent them mail when I saw this, the only thing they said was that I wont get it back since everyone is going to get this in a new update. I feel that was really ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ from them since I earned it when the luna season was out in DbD, and they wont give it back before the update. I have stopped play DbD now so its not really important for me anymore.. but still, I feel I should got it back like everyone else that lost it...
They were planning on giving everyone the cosmetics from these events as they initially thought they didn't have a way to find out who lost them. This was due to happen in the patch before the holiday break where all the others ones were given out but they decided not too as they found a way to get the data needed to return them.

They have said they are working on getting them back to those who lost the masks but there is no time frame as yet. Sending support tickets wont help get them quicker and just clog up the system so will get an auto response as there is nothing else to say until they have the actual fix is in place and they are being returned.

This is the last mail I got with the link to the update where everyone get this, and I wounder: How fair is this? 4000h and they only give ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ like this.. the last mail was from 14. November.. I looked to my dbd account now, and still nothing..

Simple solution you prepare DB backup and live version:
S1 Select into DB backup on who has specific item
S2 Select into Live DB
S1-S2 = people who lost the specific item.

Everyone who just finished basic course with DB can solve this problem but BHVR...
