maybe 27th but i dont think so (but i hope we get a PTB).
All facts speaks against a PTB for this Chapter.

Wait... doesn't everything to through the PTB?
It should go live on 27th on PTB and then another 2 weeks before we get it. Usually it is 1 week on PTB and then another week before they actually put it out.
That means we will most likely get it somewhere middle of Sept.

yeah i know but the chapter 3-month interval ends Sep. 9th-13th.
That is the release time of the new chapter because the double bloodpoint event ends on monday the 9th.
