As long as people are buying ac, the price will be the same, when the sales drop, they still don't change the auric cell price but make cosmetics cheaper.

you can just buy old skins or skins in a sale for 5$.
now you need to pay 15-25$

You mean the cosmetics discount? From 25% to 75% on cosmetics that are either very old or that noone is buying. And keep in mind that these sales happen very rarely.

Yeah this game is actually probably the most tame one I can think of in terms of cosmetic costs, like, the highest rarity/'best stuff' is not really that expensive at all compared to the 'best stuff' for other games which can be like 20 bucks or 25 bucks. Lol I mean, some games I know I have seen recently I saw it was like 10 dollars for the same default skin/model just with color scheme changes.

you don't HAVE TO pay for anything

you can pay for it if you want to and if you don't want to , you can either pay with shards or don't get them at all

I bought a couple of skins for Doctor and for Hag. I'm happy with it but I agree it is expensive. I only get it for characters that I'm gonna play a lot.
