the mobile game of stranger things is already devolopment by "Next Games"
Would be cool, idk, would need more information
Although I am gonna say that everybody who wants DBD to succeed and grow better both in terms of community, in terms of balance, in terms of continued support (with release of new cosmetics, events, etc.) then you will support licensed content. Licensed content undoubtedly brings new players to the game and it is a huge boon that Dead by Daylight can boast that no other game (or few) have access to these widely popular pop culture icons. Freddy Krueger, Michael Myers, Leatherface, Ash Williams, Laurie Strode, characters from the saw franchise Amanda young and David tapp (as well as Billie the puppet), Bill Overbeck (for L4D fans only on PC though), and just recently Ghostface whose upcoming release is set for the 18th.
To support Dead by Daylight but not the implementation of licensed content is nothing short of oxymoron because you impede the facilitation of the games growth in numerous ways. In terms of a wide, diverse, and memorable cast, as well as new players who come because of those characters.
That being said,
As far as I can tell the main antagonist in Stranger Things is this demogorgon that everyone keeps referencing and talking about. The elephant in the room about this idea is that the very idea stands in direct contradiction to the devs continued affirmation and reaffirmation that they will not be putting in any non-human creatures (or even humanoid creatures) as killers in Dead By Daylight. The reason for this being it is far too costly to create a completely new character model, animations, hitboxes etc. for these individual antagonists than it would be to create an original character or license another different popular human character.
Of course Dave (creative director) always says "never say never" so hypothetically, yes it is possible. However I wouldn't go so far as to say that it is likely because they have maintained this statement for so long. Though that doesn't mean they couldn't do a stranger things chapter, if there are other actual human killers in the show they could use them or they could even set up a paragraph chapter using only the protagonists of the series as survivors. Though again, I wouldn't know because I haven't seen it.
Make a quick google search before.......... LOL
Just one look at the thing and you can already tell it doesn't fit. Case in point, its freakin head.
