Could it be a teleportation power? it would explain why krueger has the teleporter, they are probably testing it to see how the community reacts and how it works in game, and a chapter on stranger things would also give a reason why ghostface is alone, apart from all the licensing problems, even if they wanted to do it, they probably preferred to focus on this chapter as the demogorgon requires a model done from scratch and new animations.

Other probable perks or abilities of the power: it perceives more clearly the patches of blood and it is resistant, therefore they could possibly connect it to the stun, so that the stun maybe lasts much less and it is more difficult to blind and stun to the pallets.

I'd like the demogorgon in the game. But they need to make it's power extremely unique so it doesn't feel like an old idea warmed up in a microwave (Myers -> Ghostface).

Also I doubt the survivor will be a child at all. There are enough adults in this series to choose from and they certainly will go with that if they present a new survivor/map with the killer at all.
